We ship to most countries worldwide. To find out whether we can deliver your package, simply head to the checkout page.
Shipping times:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or for specific handcrafted items, processing may take longer.
On average, delivery takes 6-10 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and during peak seasons or holidays.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday through Sunday, or holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MATZZO ships to addresses internationally and within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated and provided to you as soon as it becomes available. If you have not received a tracking number and would like to obtain it, kindly reach out to us at matzzoinfo@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you by providing the necessary information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MATZZO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
While many of our international customers (including those in the USA and many parts of Europe) typically do not face additional import fees for orders within standard price ranges, we recommend checking your local customs regulations to stay informed
Damages
Shipping Damage: MATZZO is not liable for products damaged or lost during the shipping process. However, we are here to help. If your package arrives clearly damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening it and contact the carrier to file a claim.
Manufacturing Defects: Your satisfaction is our priority. If the jewelry piece itself arrives with a structural defect or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your inquiry is resolved.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information, including house numbers and phone numbers, is accurate.

Validation: We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If our system cannot recognize the address as valid, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the order for a full refund.

Wrong Address Provided: MATZZO will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been returned, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office first.
Steps to take:

Contact the Carrier: We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly as the first step. They can often provide GPS coordinates or direct contact with the driver, which is the fastest way to locate your package.

File a Claim: If the package is still not found, please request a Proof of Delivery (POD) and file a missing package claim with the courier.

Contact Us: If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at matzzoinfo@gmail.com with your claim number. We will then open a secondary investigation to assist in finding a resolution.
Please Note: Investigations can take up to 21 days. MATZZO is not responsible for packages that are stolen after a confirmed delivery. We do not refund or replace items that are officially tracked as "Delivered" by the courier.
