CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & WARRANTY

We are pleased to offer a 2-YEAR WARRANTY from the date of receiving the product for damage or defects that may occur in our Jewelry. We take pride in our commitment to quality and want our customers to have peace of mind when making a purchase from us.
Our pieces are made to withstand the test of time during everyday use offering remarkable durability as well as water and sweat proof.
In order to ensure their longevity and enduring radiance, we advise against subjecting the jewelry to chemicals like soaps, perfumes, chlorine, and similar substances since they may gradually reduce their brightness, cause fading, or even lead to peeling of the protective coating over time.
For optimal care, we recommend removing the jewelry before showering/engaging in pool activities, and gently patting them dry with a clean towel after prolonged exposure to sweat or water.
Please note our warranty does not cover damages incurred from chemical exposure or product abuse.

If the issue meets our warranty terms, we will happily provide free repairs or a replacement.
** Items have to be shipped by the client to our warehouse in order to get a replacement.
Returns :
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we notice that the item was abused or broken by not following the instructions, we will not accept the return.
Please notify us about the issue within 48 hours after receiving the product. If more then 48 hours passed, we will not be able to accept the return/exchange.

To exchange your item please notify us that you are interested in exchange. Once we approve, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Our jewelries are made out of either real sterling silver 925 plated with 18k/14k Gold or Rhodium or high grade stainless steel.
These materials have features of the highest level such as finish level, durability and guarantee the maintenance of the shine of the color for a long time
The materials we use for our jewelry are generally considered to be hypoallergenic, meaning that they are unlikely to cause an allergic reaction in most people.
